Even though I'm not ideal in this regard, I also have trouble with overthinking.


The only thing that has made me feel at ease is concentrating only on the issue at hand—you!

I thus prefer to concentrate on what I can do right now to address my issue, which makes me feel at ease and more organized.

I've been practicing mindful eating for a few years now, and it does fuel me and make me feel guilt-free!


Ask inquiries all the time and gradually begin to pay attention to what you are consuming.


Does it benefit my body?


Is my body requesting water? What then, will aid in hydration? soda or water?
